Victoria Payan
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
Victoria Payan is passionate about creating a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress, helping clients build insight, resilience, and practical coping skills.
Victoria takes a compassionate, strengths-based approach to therapy and tailors treatment to each client’s unique goals and experiences. She draws from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and attachment-focused work to support meaningful and lasting change. Victoria holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Catholic Anthropology, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Education.
Victoria believes therapy is a collaborative process and strives to create a safe, respectful environment where clients can explore challenges and move toward their personal goals. Outside of the therapy room, she values family, community, lifelong learning, overall health, and balance, and believes healing happens both within and beyond therapy sessions.
