Becki McConnachie

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
Certified Counselor Supervisor

With 34 years of clinical experience, Becki McConnachie brings depth, steadiness, and compassion to her work as a therapist. She supports individual adults, older adolescents, couples, and older individuals and families as they navigate the shifting landscape of family life. Becki also has extensive experience working with adults who live with intellectual and developmental challenges, offering care that is both respectful and empowering.

Becki’s approach is grounded in evidence‑based practices, including DBT, CBT, ACT, trauma‑informed care, the Gottman Method for couples therapy, and attachment‑based frameworks. She blends these modalities thoughtfully, tailoring each session to the unique needs, strengths, and goals of the people she works with.

At the heart of Becki’s practice is a commitment to building a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic relationship. She partners with individuals and couples who are facing current challenges, processing past experiences, or seeking greater clarity and connection in their lives. Becki provides a safe, supportive space where clients can explore, reflect, and move toward meaningful change. Faith‑based services are available upon request for those who wish to integrate their spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic process.

Beyond Becki’s clinical work, she is dedicated to strengthening the broader mental health community. Becki serves on the mental health counseling board and provides supervision to emerging therapists, supporting the growth and development of the next generation of mental health professionals.
