Erin Jacobs understands that life’s journey includes both moments of joy and moments of challenge. Drawing from personal and professional experience, she is deeply committed to helping clients find healing, growth, and renewed strength during difficult seasons. Erin’s goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment and work toward relief from stress and emotional distress.
Using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, Erin helps individuals explore patterns in thoughts and behaviors while building resilience, confidence, and self-understanding. Her work is grounded in collaboration and compassion, supporting clients as they move toward meaningful and lasting change.
Erin is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which can be helpful in addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, and related concerns. She considers it an honor to walk alongside clients in the healing process and believes that reaching out for support is a courageous first step.
